Return Policy

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on our candles.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 48 hours  if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

You will be sent a pre-paid shipping label to return your damaged/incorrect product. Once received, we will replace your candle in the same scent at no cost.
